Classic Fine Arts was established in 1988 mainly to provide a bespoke picture framing service within Derby City Centre. In July 1997 the business was purchased from its founders by Gary and Sharon Newton, Gary has been framing pictures for over twenty years.

Since taking over the business we have expanded the bespoke framing service and now carry a range of over 1000 mouldings mainly from Larson Juhl, Arqadia and Nielson Mouldings.

The gallery which has recently undergone a complete refit and extension to the retail space now concentrates on the expanding markets of both limited edition prints and high quality orginal art. We are a Washington Green Partnership Gallery allowing us to stock such artists work as Mackenzie Thorpe, Gordon King, Robert Heindel and many more. We are also main stockests for Sally Mitchell Fine Arts and Northern Editions
